Some so-called assuming paralegal experts assume that debts are not that serious. If you think going to prison and creating a bad image for yourself for not paying your dues on time is not a reason for you to be prisoned be imprisoned behind bars, think again. This article from Pinoy Entrepreneur is an awakening to the legal process that awaits those who are intentionally not paying their debts.
Of course, you can’t be imprisoned simply because of debts. The title is merely meant to get your attention and to highlight the fact that certain collection agencies threaten to file criminal cases against debtors who fail to pay. The prohibition against imprisonment for a debt is a basic right enshrined in no less than the Constitution: “No person shall be imprisoned for debt or non-payment of a poll tax.” In other words, no one could be compelled to pay a debt under pain of criminal sanctions (estafa is a different matter). No one could also substitute the payment of debt through imprisonment or other criminal penalties.

This is an interesting post you can check on your Yahoo browser. From an article of the same title, “10 (More) Reasons You’re Not Rich” is written by Jeffrey Strain for TheStreet.com.
According to the writer, here are 10 more possible reasons you aren’t rich:
- You care what your car looks like: A car is a means of transportation to get from one place to another, but many people don’t view it that way. Instead, they consider it a reflection of themselves and spend money every two years or so to impress others instead of driving the car for its entire useful life and investing the money saved.
- You feel entitlement: If you believe you deserve to live a certain lifestyle, have certain things and spend a certain amount before you have earned to live that way, you will have to borrow money. That large chunk of debt will keep you from building wealth.

[Blogger's Note: This is an interesting article titled "SECURING DEBT TRANSACTION" from Bikoy's site intended for those who are engaged in debt transactions. I hope you may find salt in this article as the PINOY BLOGGER had.]
Unless you intend to give your money away to strangers and to your friends then don’t read this blog. As between friendship and relationships- although there’s trust involved its best that the debt or money borrowed between friends or relationships is secure. Secure means there’s evidence of the debt, its not floating around in the air. I know that some people can live with a person’s palabra de honor or a person’s word- but its best that a debt is secured by something written in paper.
How does one secure a debt transaction?
1. Promissory Note- This is simply a piece of paper with the words “I promise to pay Mr. Smith the amount of P1,000.00”- and you have to include the date when that amount is due and where he or she will pay. Would a receipt of an amount suffice- well if its an exchange of money for goods yes- but in case of debt no, a receipt only shows the person got money it does not mean he or she is indebted. Some people just jot down the amount put the date on it- that’s also a no-no if you want that debt collected later on.

A friend asked me yesterday how much would it cost me to share my secrets in attaining the current traffic numbers. I began wondering if it was really secret because in the first place I gave this secret for free to my friends specially those who are trying to find their niche online.
In summary, I gave him 3 Ways to Attract more traffic to your site:
1. Online Directory Listing. There are thousands of online directory listings available. This is the most basic way to advertise since most of these sites offers this services for free. It is also the least search engine placement you can do as a start. The more online directory you can list on your site, the more chances that your site will appear soon in the search. There are also online sites that offers professional services for those who want their sites appear instantly within 24 hours. The disadvantage of unnatural growth of traffic is that you have to pay an SEO company always for you to maintain the traffic.

Personal development, successful leadership and positive living – these are what Practical Way is all about. Are you feeling successful yet? If so, great! Just as failure is a state of mind so is success. You are what you think. Just keep yourself in a positive state and don’t let negative circumstances get into your mind. Stay focused on what you want to become (i.e. to become successful) and you will become successful.
Now it’s time for a recap of what we have so far here at Practical Way.
At the outset, with Success as YOU Define IT we defined what success is and most importantly what it means for other people. Different people have different interpretation for the meaning of success as it all hangs in what they ultimately desire; it’s the satisfaction of one’s desires.
With Are You Cut-Out To Become Successful? we determined that no one is really cut-out for success. The responsibility of creating success out of ourselves rests upon us. As Elaine Maxwell put it, “…whether I fail or succeed shall be no man’s doing but my own.”
