The legality of the events organized by the Basketball Association of the Philippines (BAP) is now put in question.
It can be recalled that the then contending parties Basketball Association of the Philippines (BAP) and Philippine Basketball (PB) is both dissolved after both group a signed resolution infront of FIBA the international basketball sanctioning body, and to formalize the creation of the Basketball Association of the Philippines
