May 24 marked another first for Cebu as Innoland formally launches CALYX RESIDENCES.

Calyx Resindences is a 28-storey green tower located at the residential enclave of Cebu Business Park. A stone throw away Ayala Center Cebu, the building will have 238 units designed by AIDEA Philippines and employing Kenneth Cobonpue’s contemporary and Space Designer Tina Perequet.

The new green building, which sets to be a landmark, combines the best of two worlds: quite and secure in a verdant setting and yet a short walk from the busy business center where bakns, shopping malls, dining and service stores are located.
