The Telecommunication & Information Technology Research Institute (TITR), a research strength at the University of Wollongong, conducts leading edge research in future communication technologies, multimedia processing and management, security and interactive learning technologies. We are looking to fill a number of PhD positions in the area of Wireless Mesh networking, Virtual MIMO and Cooperative Diversity. The ideal candidates will have all/most of the following qualification and experience. The department of Maths and Computer Science at the University of Antwerp, Belgium has an open position for a PhD student (full-time) in the PATS research group of Prof C. Blondia and B. Van Houdt.

In principle, it concerns a four year position (with an initial one year contract).
