City Traffic Management System of Lapulapu City sent out a notice of closure of several roads, to bloggers and printed the same to offline media partners, for the upcoming KADAUGAN STREET PARTY 2012.

All motorists are hereby advised on the scheduled closure of the Portion of M.L. Quezon National HighWay to vechicular traffic from the intersection of the First Mactan-Mandaue Bridge to the junction of Marcelo Fernan Bridge. Relative to the holding of Kadaugan Street Party on April 27 to 28, 2012.

APRIL 27,2012 AT 6:00AM, THE LANE ADJACENT TO THE CITY HALL will be closed to vechicular traffic and will be re-opened at 6:00AM on April 29, 2012.

APRIL 28, 2012, FROM 6:00PM to 12:00MIDNIGHT, THE OPPOSITE LANE will also be CLOSED to vechicular traffic. At this particular time, TWO OPPOSING LANES will be closed.
