VSO Bahaginan is a development organization committed to fighting global poverty and disadvantage through a wide range of volunteering development programs.  VSO is currently looking for:

NATIONAL VOLUNTEERING PROGRAMME OFFICER (NVPO)

As NVPO, you will be responsible for promoting volunteering for development to internal and external publics of VSO Bahaginan. You will manage and implement KaBAHAGI, VSO Bahaginan’s national volunteering program, and project manage partnerships that encourage active citizenship, corporate and community participation through volunteering.  You will provide training and advisory support to partners and volunteers.

You will be responsible to the Volunteering Program Manager. You will be highly experienced in managing the full cycle of a social development program and in building relationships with partner organizations and individuals. You will have a working knowledge or experience of the current directions in volunteer management.  You will be an effective trainer, and possess the ability to design, deliver and evaluate training courses. You will show a commitment to customer satisfaction, and to VSO’s aims and values.
